Joe was born in High Point, NC to Joe D. Floyd, Sr. & Bonita Hayes Floyd. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 1990 & received his Juris Doctor from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1994. Joe was licensed & admitted to practice law in NC State Courts in 1994 & the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of NC in 2004. He went to work with his father, well known attorney Joe D. Floyd, Sr. & sister, attorney Kimberly Hayes Floyd, at Joe D. Floyd, PA Law Firm in 1994. Since then Joe has represented thousands of clients in Guilford, Randolph & Davidson Counties, ranging from traffic violations to First Degree Murder. He presently devotes the majority of his practice to representing clients for serious felonies in Superior Court & District Criminal Court, Criminal & Traffic Defense, DWIs, Misdemeanors, & Felonies.
Joe is the proud father of 3 fine sons: Joseph, Samuel & Jackson. He is husband to Kellie & fur-dad to Jack & Althea. Joe & Kellie are residents of Guilford County who are active in their community & enjoy spending their weekends entertaining & relaxing at the family lake house. They are members of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Greensboro.
Christy is a long time resident of Davidson County & moved to NC in 1980 from Dallas, Texas. She graduated from DDCC with an A.A.S in Paralegal Technology & Certificate in Paralegal Tech - Real Estate. She is a NC Notary Public. She has extensive knowledge in technology & office administration and special interest in Constitutional Law. S
